Pooja Chavan joins Search & Co. as Talent Acquisition Manager

We are delighted to welcome Pooja Chavan, an experienced HR executive and seasoned talent sourcing specialist as a member of the Search & Co. team in Germany. In this challenging role, Pooja will lead executive search assignments to a successful completion while being responsible for the entire selection process vis-à-vis the client, including the appropriate assessment and selection of candidates. Pooja’s primary goal is to build a robust recruiting system and continuously improve the process landscape in filling open positions and building a pool of strong candidates in the German market. She will create search strategies, conduct primary and secondary source searches, conducts pre- and post-interviews with candidates, prepares assessments, and presents qualified candidates for critical searches. As a Digital Talent Advisory, we act at the intersection of digitization and 'upskilling' and help organizations build digital capabilities. In doing so, we not only support our clients in mastering digital change, but also fill digital skill gaps by recruiting digital leaders and empowering internal talents.
