The founders and managing partners of Search & Co. 
are long-standing board members and digital thought leaders who have led multiple digital transformation initiatives as senior executives in global companies, including; Hilti, Adobe, Wolford, Credit Suisse, IWC, Datwyler, Interdiscount, and Vorwerk/Thermomix.

With 20+ years of leadership experience in the digital economy, they realized that the ultimate success factor in digital change is not technology—but people! Since 2019, they've been dedicated to empowering talents and businesses to reach their full digital potential through academic, social and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Having faced challenges finding suitable recruiting partners during multiple build-up’s of large-scale digital units led us to establish a ‘Digital Talent Advisory’ for organizations seeking practical digital experience.
